Pharmacist Robbed Of Pain Killers And Xanax By Ex-Con In PascoA Pasco man who has been in prison for drug charges and theft may be on his way back. Ben B. Kaminsky has been charged with grand theft and failure to appear on charges of driving with a suspended license following an incident at Doctor’s Choice Pharmacy. According to TampaBay.com Kaminsky tried to refill prescriptions for oxycodone, oxycontin and Xanax when the pharmacist realized the prescriptions were not eligible for a refill until next week. At that point the 32-year-old grabbed the pills and ran from the pharmacy. He was arrested at a motel where deputies found him while looking for his roommate who was charged with trafficking in oxycodone.… |
