A 21-year-old University of Central Florida student allegedly has admitted to trafficking in marijuana and Ecstasy following an arrest at his off-campus apartment. According to the Orlando Sentinel Darek Dziamalek told investigators he sells Ecstasy and that he was trafficking in illegal drugs following a search of his Pegasus Landing apartment.
Dziamalek apparently signed a consent form to allow police to search his apartment. Once inside police report seeing (“in plain view ”) drug paraphernalia and marijuana. They later discovered a bottle of Ecstasy with 66 tablets inside and a small bag filled with crushed Ecstasy. According to the story this is the first arrest for Dziamalek. He paid a $25,350 bond to get out of jail Friday.
