Former Utah Jazz center Robert Whaley was busted with several bags of marijuana that he was hiding from police in between his butt cheeks according to the Salt Lake Tribune. The 27-year-old had a warrant for his arrest issued in Michigan for a violation of probation. According to the story Utah may not pursue the drug charge as it would delay Whaley’s return to Michigan on the arrest warrant.
Whaley allegedly tried to hide his identity from the police but he was too high profile and was recognized by the officers on the scene. Whaley has been in trouble with the law for providing false information in 2005 and then for a 2008 conviction in Michigan for maintaining a drug house. He was being held in jail on $100,000 bail.
